At Old Shanklin we aim to make your stay comfortable, relaxing & private.

From 2011 until 2020 we ran the house as Old Shanklin Guest House, then turned our apartment into a self catering flat when our shop became so busy during the Covid lockdown and it seems that people may be more comfortable being self contained.  

​

The flat is on the garden floor of the house, so there are a number of steps going down to the main entrance of the flat.

​

There are 3 bedrooms. The first a King size double with en suite bathroom, a second double room with King size bed and the third set out as a twin ideal for children or 2 adults. The second and third bedroom share a separate shower room. All rooms have bedside tables with drawers and a wardrobe.

All rooms are set off of the hallway. The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and a love seat.

The kitchen/diner has a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, oven & 4 ring electric hob and dishwasher. 

​

The apartment has it's own private entrance to the left of the house, free WiFi and Self Check In from 4pm. There is also parking for 2 cars to the right of the house. There is also a private decked garden with lounge seating and dining table and chairs, BBQ and the private entrance.

Please note that the apartment is on the garden floor and has some limited head height for those over 6'. The main ceilings are 6'5" and door frames 6'2".
