How To Get To Old Shanklin Apartment
The gate to the apartment is on the left hand side at the front of the house. The key code will be given to you before you arrive.

Travelling on foot the Portsmouth to Ryde passenger ferry can be found at the end of the platforms. This takes you straight to the ferry. At Ryde there is a train from the pier head all the way into Shanklin. You can either take a taxi from the train station or walk. When you exit the station walk straight ahead and keep going along Regent Street. Turn right at Boots and continue until you are walking down into the Old Village. You will see a big iron shell on your left and the Rock Shop (sweet shop) on your right. Turn right at the Rock shop into Grange Road and the house (it's blue!) is on the left hand side.

From Fishbourne come out of the port turning right and turn left at the traffic lights. This is the A3054. Follow this into Ryde turning left at the traffic lights next to the church. This will take you along Ryde seas front and up the hill. Follow signs for the A3055. This will take you all the way to Shanklin, through Brading, Sandown and Lake. On entering Shanklin you will come to a 5 way crossroads. Keep going straight through Shanklin town, as you go through the next traffic lights down into the old village you will see a big iron shell on your left and the Rock Shop (sweet shop) on your right. Turn right at the Rock shop into Grange Road and the house (it's blue!) is on the left hand side, about 75 yards. Parking is to the right hand side of the house, the 2 right hand spots.

From East Cowes follow the A3021 to the huge roundabout, turn right to Newport, then follow the A3020 turning right at Blackwater. This will take you through Godshill and into Shanklin. At the T junction traffic lights next to the bag shop in Shanklin turn right towards the Old Village you will see a big iron shell on your left and the Rock Shop (sweet shop) on your right. Turn right at the Rock shop into Grange Road and the house (it's blue!) is on the left hand side. Parking is to the right hand side of the house, the 2 right hand spots.

From Yarmouth follow the A 3054 into Newport, then follow the signs for Sandown/Shanklin on the A3020 turning right at Blackwater. This will take you through Godshill and into Shanklin.
